Located in Epcot’s Future World, The Seas with Nemo & Friends is another attraction with an accessible ride vehicle. It is very easy to get on and off so even though it is not my favorite attraction we tend ride almost every visit.
Welcome to this month’s Blogorail Green Loop. Today we are reviewing the quick service restaurants in Epcot’s World Showcase.
Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe has always been one of our favorite counter service restaurants in Epcot’s World Showcase. We haven’t visited in a while but I am really looking forward to stoping by on our next trip. Since the Norway Pavilion opens at 9:00 am now, thanks to the opening of Frozen Ever After, you can enjoy pastry for breakfast, a mid-day snack, or a something a little our of your comfort zone for dinner.
It’s December and that means it is time for Estelle from This Happy Place Blog and I to share our annual Buddy the Elf post! I am so glad I have a friend who loves elf culture, Christmas, and Disney as much as I do. I decided to write about what Buddy would love about the Holidays Around the World at Epcot. After visiting Walt Disney World a few times during the Holidays I’ve decided it’s my favorite part of the celebration.
We’ve always wanted to try dinner at the Garden Grill. It’s located in one of our favorite pavilions, The Land, has characters including Farmer Mickey (who you can’t meet anywhere else), it rotates, and has views of one of our favorite attractions Living with the Land. The only thing stopping us was the fact that the food is served family style and that’s a whole lot of food for two people especially when one of them is a vegetarian and isn’t going to touch most of it. 🙂 Over the holidays we visited the parks with some friends so we finally visited.
The IllumiNations Sparkling Dessert Party is a new special, ticketed event at Epcot. We decided to give it a try on our recent trip since we are always up for trying something new and I’m all for events that make fireworks viewing less of a hassle. Since it rained the night of our party the hassle part was questionable but we still had a great time.
First up the details. The IllumiNations Sparkling Dessert Party is held on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday nights at Epcot from 7:45 pm until 9:20 pm. The cost for the party is $49 for adults and $29 for children. The cost includes unlimited desserts and drinks including sparkling wine, hence the sparkling dessert party. 🙂 The party is typically held at World Showcase Plaza which is between the Port of Entry and Disney Traders gift shops and faces the World Showcase Lagoon.
